Sales Development Representative Full-time

We are currently looking for a communicative, organized, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time position. As an SDR, you will be responsible for finding and connecting with potential customers, establishing and nurturing relationships with them, and offering the best solutions for their projects in collaboration with other members of our sales team, creating valuable opportunities for our customers.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound/inbound outreach to potential leads;

  • Convert leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and potential clients;

  • Establish effective communication with leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, email, etc.;

  • Utilize cold outreach automation tools and work with CRM (HubSpot) on a daily basis;

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their specific needs and offering the best solutions;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and QA departments.

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher;

  • Strong time management and self-organization skills.
