Product Manager Full-time

We are an iGaming company, founded by a group of dedicated professionals over three years ago, currently employing a team of 500+ individuals. Our portfolio consists of more than 10 successful brands catering to Tier 1-3 countries.

Due to our decision to launch a new product - crypto casino, and we are seeking an experienced Product Manager. As this is a new direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in launching the product from scratch, enjoying all the benefits of a startup within an existing company.

What are you working on?
  • At what stage of the project(s)? The project is currently in the planning stage, with team assembly in progress.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Choosing a platform to launch the project.

- Developing a product roadmap.

- Creation of product design.

- Developing a bonus policy, including loyalty programs.

- Development of communication strategies together with the CRM department.

- Creation of a product token and listing on exchanges (ICO).

- Development of the VIP club program together with the VIP department.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a crypto casino, general commercial experience from 4 years

- Analytical skills and a good understanding of crypto casino specifics, including knowledge of game mechanics, bonus systems and industry trends (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate)

- A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI

- Experience and understanding of UX/UI design

- Thorough knowledge of the market and competitors

- Experience in launching basic minimum crypto casino functionality (tokenization, NFT, converters, transactions)

- Experience in product management, including roadmap development, design management, and successful project launches.

- Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics, and generate reports.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
