Due to our decision to launch a new product - creating our games, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager. As this is a new direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in launching the product from scratch, enjoying all the benefits of a startup within an existing company.

Analyze target audience needs and market opportunities to create a product concept and development strategy.
Develop a development plan and oversee its execution.
Document product specifications, and write high-level requirements and detail them with the team
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and the team to ensure the product meets client requirements.
Develop the customer journey from start to finish for a positive user experience at all stages of interaction.
Monitor metrics, create and test hypotheses.
Control the integration of games into the platform.
Generate reports on games and providers.
Integrate game providers into game aggregators.
Secondary requirements:
Assistance in ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements for gambling.
Analyze the market and competitors' products.
Experience in conducting tests (A/B, A/A).
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools.
Experience in creating and tracking the implementation of a product development plan.
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and gather analytical data.
Experience in researching and analyzing popular gaming mechanics in different regions (including sound, graphics, and mathematical calculations).
Create and execute a product development plan, including operational tasks.
Work with the production team to meet community needs.
English language proficiency at least at the Upper Intermediate level.
Effective communication with users, and stakeholders.
Implementation of stakeholder's (business) needs into a finished product.
