Your mission is to drive the seamless onboarding experience for our users while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations and optimizing payment processes. You will lead a team responsible for user journey flows, focusing on new user conversion rates and payment success metrics.
What you’ll be doing:
You are responsible for: % new user conversion, % successful payments, and cost of payments.
Lead the development and execution of the onboarding strategy, ensuring a frictionless and compliant experience for users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and operations to define product requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Manage third-party API integrations related to AML/KYC, payment processing, and other key functionalities.
Utilize data analytics to track user journey flows, identify pain points, and optimize conversion rates and payment success metrics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in onboarding and payments.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of onboarding processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Head up payments and ensure that we have world-class payment options in key markets such that we drive conversions up and third-party costs down.
Reporting to the CEO, communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
Mentor and support a team of product managers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to AML/KYC compliance and payment processing.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on onboarding, payments, and compliance in the fintech or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Deep understanding of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements, with experience implementing related solutions.
Strong technical background with knowledge of third-party API integrations and payment processing systems.
Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
