Due to our decision to launch a new product - creating our own games, we are seeking an experienced Head of Gaming (Casino). As this is a new direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in launching the product from scratch, enjoying all the benefits of a startup within an existing company.
Contract negotiation with game development companies
Overseeing the entire game creation process, from concept to design, development, and testing.
Managing game integration and potentially conducting negotiations with gaming platforms.
Generating reports on games and providers.
Ensuring compliance with game certification requirements.
Integrating game providers into game aggregators.
Optionally, ensuring compliance with gambling laws.
Proven experience in the gaming industry.
A deep understanding of game mechanics, including various game features, bonus games, and slot games.
Demonstrated ability to analyze popular gaming mechanics across different regions and effectively implement them.
Hands-on experience in overseeing the game development process, including sound, graphics, and mathematical calculations.
A solid grasp of key game performance indicators(RTP, GGR, NGR etc.).
Proficiency in English, equivalent to B2 level or higher.
Familiarity with the game certification process and experience in this field.
Strong negotiation skills and the capability to strike deals with game providers.
Leadership qualities and a desire to see the results of one's work.
