Firebird Tours is looking for a sourcing specialist in the HR team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Labor market analysis;
• Searching for candidates on different platforms; 
• Posting jobs on various job boards;
• Search for relevant candidates independently;
• Handle incoming applications;
• Conduct initial screening of CVs;
• Searching for new search tools;
• Accurately populate our candidate database (Huntflow);
• Prepare a weekly funnel report 

WHICH BACKGROUND YOU HAVE?

• Graduated IT-recruiter/sourcer courses;
• English level  b1/b2;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent level of Russian language;
• Work experience in a similar position (will be a plus).
