As the Senior Product Manager (Platform), your role encompasses a high level of technical proficiency and strategic vision, focusing on the platform's evolution to cater to the dynamic needs of our business and market demands, particularly in the realm of payments. You will serve as the key conduit between various departments, ensuring seamless coordination and driving the enhancement of our platform to deliver unparalleled service across the board.
What you’ll be doing:
Crafting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform product development, meticulously aligning with business objectives and market dynamics.
Serving as the principal liaison between stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and ensuring alignment across teams, including Developers, Payments, Compliance, Legal, DevOps, BI/Data Analysts, Security, Customer Ops, and Finance.
Engaging deeply with payments specialists, leveraging your expertise to shape product requirements and prioritize feature development based on business value and user needs.
Collaborating with development leads and technical teams to define comprehensive product requirements and steer the prioritization of features that maximize platform efficacy and user experience.
Meticulously managing and prioritizing the platform product backlog, ensuring that the team focuses on delivering impactful features and enhancements.
Orchestrating sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming activities, and daily stand-ups to uphold operational efficiency and timely delivery of platform enhancements.
Conducting routine evaluations of platform performance metrics, partnering with the team to pinpoint optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Assuming full ownership of the platform's success, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and instilling a culture of perpetual enhancement in platform quality and user experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a robust technical background.
Extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of excellence in navigating complex technical landscapes, particularly within payments domains.
Strong familiarity with coding practices, with hands-on experience considered a significant advantage.
Profound understanding of gaming dynamics and player behavior, augmented by insights into broader market trends.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration across multifunctional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, complemented by adept utilization of Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
Remarkable ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical acumen, empowering you to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features based on their business value and user impact.
