The purpose of the Business Planning and Operations team is to maintain and support smooth operation of the Consumer Business Department (B2C team) in such key areas as budget process, planning, reporting, project management and day-to-day business operations.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- The ability to work 30 - 35 hours a week;
- English at Upper Intermediate level;
- Confident user of Power Point and Excel;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable skills:
- French at Intermediate level.

Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to support Sales and Marketing activities of B2C teams. You will be responsible for document management and cross-functional projects support. All communication is in English.
The primary responsibilities:
- Creating of purchase requisitions in ELMA Procurement system;
- Sending invoices for payment;
- Contracts signing / documents management (ELMA, DocuSign);
- Oral/written interaction with suppliers/partners;
- Maintain and structure of local Confluence spaces;
- Cross-functional projects support like Omnichannel calendar, Partner portal, Project pages update.
