Product Marketing Manager (Products) Full-time

Owns product marketing strategy and CJM for specified products (Kaspersky Premium Support and Professional Services) to ensure the customer efficiently progresses through all stages of customer journey.

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing;
  • Proven achievements in product marketing of software or services;
  • Different countries marketing leadgen specific knowledge is a plus;
  • Advanced English;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Team-player who can also work independently.

Key responsibilities:

1. Product Marketing Guidelines for specified products

  • Together with Product Manager defines
  • target audience, their needs and problems
  • product positioning and value proposition
  • Defines product messaging.

2. Develops marketing content

  • Develops required product marketing materials;
  • Align product marketing strategy with company’s content strategy and brand strategy created by Global Marketing.

3. Develops Customer Journey Map

  • Defines customer profiles and personas;
  • Defines CJM stages;
  • Defines main touchpoints;
  • Defines customers and company’s expectations for each stage;
  • Defines marketing assets for each touchpoint (datasheets, whitepapers, product presentations, feature lists etc.).

4. Presents product value proposition, business version of the product roadmap and GTM strategy inside and outside of the company. Maintain internal product awareness:

  • Influence industry analysts, partners and customers;
  • Conduct internal and external product webinars and training.

5. Requests and utilizes market, product, partner, and pricing competitive insights from Strategy Management department.

6. Be an evangelist and a speaker, promoting defined Kaspersky's products at live and online events including collaboration with industry analytical firms, writing blogposts etc.
