Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work of our marketing team which consists of 10 online marketers;
• Set tasks and control work, report on results to management;
• Collaborate with other teams in the company to accomplish company goals and objectives,

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager or senior specialists;
• Experience in managing others, including hiring and firing;
• Successful experience in implementing projects (websites, apps, etc)
• In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads;
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including:  Google Analytics, SEO,  email marketing (transactional and promotional);
• Experience with Jira;
• Understanding sales funnels;
• Advanced spoken and written English;
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment of a growing business;
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
