Requirements

• Higher education;
• Working knowledge of business concepts and operational functions;
• Information structuring skills and identification of key components;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;

• English level is Upper-Intermediate;

What are you going to do?

• Understanding drivers and expected outcomes for business excellence initiatives assigned
• Conducting projects to optimize business processes in the different regions: collecting and structuring information (goals, issues), collecting and analyzing expert assessments, developing and approving a project plan, monitoring its implementation and analyzing the effectiveness of implemented changes;
• Operational support of the internal business excellence projects accountable to the VP, Global Sales Network: documentation support of projects, preparation of project schedules, tracking deadlines and keeping statuses up to date;
• Operational support for the implementation of changes and automation of business processes for all relevant initiatives: interaction with relevant departments of headquarters and regions, monitoring the timeliness of tasks, evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes;
• Conducting targeted audits of processes for relevant initiatives, collecting feedback from employees, organizing and monitoring its processing;
• Execution of the instructions of the VP, Global Sales Network (preparation of reports and project-related presentations, organization and collection of necessary information from colleagues, execution of operational requests, etc.).
