As a Creative Director at Plummy Games, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication. We are seeking a highly talented and motivated individual to lead our creative team, contribute to the overall success of our organisation and help us grow our game through UA (User Acquisition) and ASO (App Store Optimisation) initiatives.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance our brand presence and communicate our message effectively.

  • Lead and inspire a team of artists and designers, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality and innovative projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure creative solutions align with business objectives.

  • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in all deliverables.

  • Stay abreast of game industry trends and best practices to continually elevate our creative standards.

  • Review incoming requests/briefings and ensure clarity and completeness before delegation.

  • Directly manage selected projects with creative agencies or facilitate good communication and workflows between our UA/ASO Managers, Marketing Artists, and the agencies.

  • Creating eye-catching, engaging visuals for our marketing campaigns, including motion graphics, videos, icons, screenshots, feature graphics, images, A/B tests, etc.

  • Drive conversations and find alignment and efficiencies with teams across the organisation such as Product Discovery and promotion, Launch Ops, Global Localisation, and more.

  • Working with the Marketing Team to analyze creative performance data to improve in new iterations.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 2+ years of experience in the mobile games industry.

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.

What is important for us in a person?
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in design, technology, and marketing.

  • Stable Diffusion or other AI tools.
