Formulate the social media and community strategy and implement it to drive both engagement rates and community size
Be a creative leader for social media and community creatives and promotions
Work with Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Email
Keep an active stream of communication between the development team and the community; Help users, identify problems, gather feedback.
Trendwatching of Social media tools, applications, channels and advise the development team on potential opportunities;
Strive for self improvement
Passion for games
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
Advanced English
Will be a plus
1+ year experience as community manager or smm
Experience running international communities
Experience working and setting up community bots (e.g. in Discord) or tools (e.g. Helpshift)
Knowledge of Photoshop, Video Editors or similar tools
