For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create high-quality gameplay 3D animations, rigging and skinning of casual and realistic characters/creatures, weapons, environments, vehicles for various game projects from conceptualization to completion.

• Create custom rigs for new asset classes based on Art Director and Game Designers visions

• Work with Art Directors, Technical Artists and Developers to understand technical requirements and ensure the pipeline is as efficient as possible

• Refine animations and gameplay feel as needed to get the best quality animation within the timeline

• Prepare or implement animation into the game engine Unity\Unreal.

• Actively participate in technical and artistic discussions and problem solving

• Perform tasks efficiently and quickly.

• Actively interact with the 3D art team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

•  +3 years of experience in game or animation projects as an animator and rigger.

• Knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max/Blender animation packages.

• Great understanding of the fundamentals of animation and how they relate to game animation and production pipelines.

• Proven working history of professional rigging and animation, supported by a strong portfolio.

• Excellent understanding of rigging and skin, including technical processes, functions and requirements.

• Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine game engine.

• Ability to work in a given style and strong sense of timing.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Intermediate English level or high.

Will be a plus:

• Leadership skills and ability to help the team.

• 3D modeling skills

• 2D Animation skills
