Speedway Games is a fast growing Roblox studio with over 1.6 billion visits and 26 million MAU's. We own and operate 4 games currently with multiple under development, and have seen peaks of over 60,000+ players online across all of our games. Our top game is Vehicle Legends, which has been one of the top driving games on the platform for the past 3.5+ years.

We are looking for a highly motivated, stress stable programmer with good interpersonal/management skills to lead our gameplay programming team. This role starts out working on all of our projects!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead the programming of all of our games

• Ensure proper optimization and best practices are used across all projects

• Collaborate with other departments

• Management: Career growth, performance reviews, etc.

• Recruitment: Candidate screening and interviewing, fostering our programming team into one of the best on Roblox

• Quality assurance and code reviews: Uphold quality, security, etc.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years experience programming with Lua on Roblox

• Previous professional experience in a managerial position, even better if as a lead programmer or similar role

• Good understanding of UX
