The SEO Manager will be responsible for top-to-bottom management of SEO campaigns, conducting site audits, keyword research, etc. This includes, but is not limited to: defining goals, building strategies and executing against plans to boost rank and grow organic traffic and revenue. You have deep experience with SEO, stay abreast of SEO industry trends, and will find ways to respond and capitalize on these trends. The SEO Manager will be partnering with cross-channel/functional teams to implement SEO best practices and processes throughout the organization. Communicating technical SEO aspects in a simple manner to non-technical product stakeholders, including internal and external audiences.

- 5+ years direct SEO experience required
- Technical SEO experience is required
- Experience keeping website code and strategies in adherence to SEO best practices
- Proven track record of optimizing websites to obtain prominent search rankings for competitive head and long tail keywords
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush. and third-party keyword research and optimization tools
- Experience with crawling tools like Screaming Frog & Lumar is preferred
- The understanding of other digital marketing channels (SEM, Display, Social, etc.) is preferred
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on and collaborating with a multi-channel team
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing and research skills
- Strong communication, relationship and presentation skills
- Comfortable managing complex campaigns, both in-house and through an agency
- Must be proficiency in both English and Cantonese or Mandarin

Responsibilities in this role include:
- Developing and executing SEO strategies
- Developing, promoting and implementing both offsite and onsite SEO activities
- Ensuring that all web properties have been technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience
- Assisting with the migration/integration of new web properties
- Work closely with SEO and content team to develop content strategy
- Optimizing results listings of various web properties to generate higher CTR
- Optimizing various web properties to improve engagement and conversion
- Optimizing digital assets for image search, video search, news search, mobile search, voice search, answer boxes, featured snippets, knowledge graphs etc.
- Developing and executing cross-channel strategies within the Digital Marketing team
- Developing reports for key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of (and sharing) changes in search engine signals and industry trends
- Identifying ways to drive Digital Innovation through new platforms, methodologies, processes and programs
