As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products, ensuring they align with business objectives and resonate with market demands. You will act as the linchpin between various stakeholders, fostering clear communication, management of the product backlog, and driving the team toward delivering high-quality, engaging gaming experiences within the iGaming industry.
What you’ll be doing:
Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the development of the product, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including game designers, developers, analysts, and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
Collaborating closely with gaming mathematicians, player experience designers, data analysts, and other team members to define product requirements and prioritize feature development based on business value and user needs.
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful features and enhancements.
Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure efficient and timely delivery of game features and improvements.
Conducting regular reviews and assessments of product performance metrics, working with the team to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
Taking ownership of the product's success, managing risks, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement in game quality and player experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the gaming and/or creative industry.
Strong understanding of gaming dynamics, player behavior, and market trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience in Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features based on business value and user impact.
