Your mission as a Game Mathematician will be to leverage advanced mathematical principles and expertise in probability, statistics, and game theory to optimize the mathematical aspects of our games. Collaborating closely with game designers, developers, and stakeholders, you will implement your expertise into game designs and mechanics to ensure fairness, compliance, and profitability.
What you’ll be doing:
Conducting in-depth mathematical analysis and optimization of casino games, focusing on probability, statistics, and game theory.
Analyzing and refining mathematical models that govern the mechanics and outcomes of various casino games to ensure fairness and profitability.
Calculating and optimizing casino game probabilities, odds, and payouts, considering random number generation and statistical distributions.
Collaborating closely with game designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement mathematical models into game designs and mechanics.
Researching and staying updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements in gaming mathematics and probability theory.
Providing expert guidance and insights to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and standards regarding mathematical aspects of casino games.
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Game Theory, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in mathematical analysis and optimization within the casino or iGaming industry.
Profound knowledge of probability theory, statistical distributions, and game theory as they apply to casino games.
Expertise in utilizing mathematical tools and software for gaming simulations and analysis.
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) for mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of gaming regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance in mathematical aspects of casino games.
