Our platform empowers app developers and businesses to maximize their subscription revenue through data-driven insights and tools. As we grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who's eager to dive into the world of customer relations and support, ensuring our current customers are fully satisfied and engaged.

As an Account Manager at Apphud, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a mix of communication, analysis, and technical tasks to support our existing customers and maintain our high standards of service. Here’s a closer look at your role:

• Customer Communication Expert: You'll be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, assisting them via live chat, addressing their queries, and ensuring they're making the most of our platform.
• Data Analysis: Dive into customer data to identify possible data discrepancies, ensuring accurate subscription analytics.
• Stripe Management: Handle financial operations by working with Stripe, updating tariffs, and managing subscription details.
• Bridge Between Customers and Team: By profiling incoming requests, you'll help ensure that our developers are addressing customer needs effectively.
• CRM Expertise: Using our CRM tool, you'll keep track of all customer interactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

We’re Looking For an emerging professional with 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the B2B SaaS space.

• Fluent in English (B2 or above) with strong communication skills.
• A keen eye for data analysis and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced tech environment.

Nice to Have a background or interest in mobile apps, particularly in analytics and user acquisition. Understanding the unique challenges app makers face will be beneficial.
