SMM manager (Personal Brand CEO's) Full-time

As the Social Media Manager, you will create the comprehensive strategy of communication and engagement  with top influencers players and partners prospects on social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or LINE. You will be responsible for increasing and building the brand, fostering positive climate/buzz/hype, and establishing a feedback loop with partners and players via social networking. You'll be continuously tracking and measuring social engagement data to better optimize your strategy while learning more about the world players live in and the core gamer's digital community.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Creating and implementing a social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement on Twitter and LinkedIn
- Developing and curating content that aligns with the personal brand's values and goals
- Engaging with followers and building relationships with key influencers in the industry
- Monitoring social media metrics and analyzing data to optimize performance and reach
- Collaborating with other team members, such as designers and copywriters, to create compelling content
- Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure the personal brand remains relevant and competitive
- Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously refining the social media strategy based on feedback and performance data to achieve desired results

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, in-depth knowledge of how Twitter and LinkedIn work, including their algorithms, best practices, and features
- Experience to able to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the personal brand's messaging and values
- Experience to  interacting with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong analytical skills,  be able to analyze social media metrics and data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the strategy
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to stand out on social media and capture the attention of the audience
- Ability to develop a social media strategy that aligns with personal brand goals and objectives and adapt it based on performance data and feedback
- Time management and organizational skills, to ensure content is posted consistently and on time
- Prior experience managing social media accounts, particularly for personal brands or influencers, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of social media tools: Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social can be beneficial for scheduling posts, analyzing data, and monitoring engagement
- Passion for personal branding: An interest in personal branding and a desire to help individuals grow their online presence and influence is important for success in this role
