We are looking for a Head of Lead Generation.
Converting prospects into MQL from outbound;
Lead generation team management;
Support the process of SQL and MQL qualifications with outbound;
Implementation of new outbound sales strategies;
Planning and initiation of new sales funnels;
Coordination of launched campaigns;
Participation in the development of new ICPs;
Control of compliance of data researching with the ICP profile;
Market analytics;
Follow up process support;
Monitoring the implementation of communication standards;
Cooperation with the sales team;
All CRM activities and updates;
Achieve performance metrics while maintaining quality;
Conducting training and sessions for the lead generation team;
Creating and updating tutorials for the team.
3+ year experience as SDR/Senior lead generation working in USA/European IT markets;
Good understanding of sales funnels and outbound sales process;
Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques and tools;
Experience in writing sequences;
Experience with outreach content delivery;
Experience in initiating new campaigns;
Ability to identify clients’ pain points and come up with effective solutions;
Lead generator training experience;
Strong managerial skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Upper-intermediate English level is a must.
