Working environment:
You will be working in a team of 3 fullstack developers, 2 qa engineers, 1 ba engineer, 1 support engineer, 1 scrum master. The team works on a 6 projects, closely related to each other. All the projects are done for the same client and for the same business domain. The project are in production and require support and extensions on the request of the client. The team works within Scrum framework and has set up processes. There are other teams similar to this one in the company.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Devs, QAs, BA, Support engineer
Improve team processes in cooperation with Scrum master
Tech lead .NET development
Propose technical solutions
Monitor and improve technical status of the current apps
Review code
Development and support of ERP systems for the German automotive market
Extending the back end part
Extending of the front end part
Fixes of defects
Review performance of the team members
Taking responsibility for the team projects
Requirements:
Experience with .NET framework, MS SQL, REST API, Typescript or JavaScript, any front end framework is required
Experience with ASP.NET Web API, .NET Core, React(optional), Aurelia(optional)
English B1 - technical correspondence, voice participation in meetings
2+ years of team lead experience
