Values Value, a recruiting expert in the gaming industry, is seeking a CMO for a Ukrainian product company the develops edutainment apps for kids. Currently, the company’s projects have an audience of over 100 million users, and the company ranks among the top 20 in its segment.
We’re looking for experienced CMO in edtech and kids’ app products that will develop a new marketing strategy within the organizational structure with a greater focus on creating new products, expanding product reach to new geos and exploring alternative platforms.
Management of UA and channel optimization.
Development and execution of marketing strategies for business areas, both new and existing products.
Creation and promotion of new and existing brands, including the overall company brand.
Proactive involvement in shaping and validating the company's vision.
Market analysis, competitor research, and consumer studies, addressing multicultural adaptation issues.
Development of positioning, naming, terminology, and value propositions for new products and their market entry.
Consultation and participation in partner search for introducing and positioning new products in the market.
Formulation and implementation of short-term and long-term marketing plans.
Departmental management and collaboration with other company departments to execute the marketing strategy.
Oversight of the implementation of marketing strategies for business sectors and products.
Management of Digital Marketing.
Community engagement.
Exploration of new niches (positioning points) and management of product demand (existing and new traffic sources).
Extensive expertise in traditional marketing: encompassing an understanding of the target audience, market dynamics, and brand development (value proposition, channels, etc.).
In-depth understanding and experience in EdTech.
Proficiency in User Acquisition (UA) within the apps or games for kids: including budgeting, traffic acquisition methods, nuances of advertising channels, tracking, attribution, effectiveness metrics, and creative ad development.
Experience in product/marketing analytics: involving hypothesis testing, comprehension of A/B testing principles, and cohort analysis.
ASO proficiency: understanding optimization mechanisms, app store algorithms, and approaches to preparing app metadata.
Background in content marketing.
Track record in building and managing marketing teams.
English proficiency at a minimum of the Upper-Intermediate level.
