About the role:

At Nexpanse, we seek an experienced Senior React Native Frontend Developer to work remotely to build our mobile apps and web solutions. You'll be pivotal in developing the front end for our AI chat service, integrating with LLM and image generators to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Who we are looking for:

- Professional experience (5 years plus) as a front-end developer working on a B2C mobile app in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience using React Native is essential.

- Strong TypeScript skills and proficiency in any Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js or Koa.js).

- Knowledge of GraphQL, Kotlin.

- Passionate about building fluid user interfaces that delight customers.

- Able to operate independently and lead small teams with little guidance.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian.

Responsibilities:

- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Develop new user-facing features for our iOS and Android apps.

- Develop mobile-first web solutions.

- Benchmark and optimize various components of the front-end app.

- Analyze experiment data with our Product and Engineering teams.

- Become a domain expert in our iOS/Android apps.

- Increase the quality and quantity of commits pushed to production.

- Assist your manager in growing a mature team of engineers.

- Define KPIs for performance inside the app and drive changes across the stack to achieve these KPIs.

- Be the voice of Engineering in quarterly/annual planning.
