We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team :)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible together with the Project Team for the Customer Success
• Maintaining relationship with clients, increasing LTV, contract prolongation, upselling when necessary
• Perform Client onboarding sessions
• Obtaining all necessary materials from a Client and structuring them to pass further to the internal team
• Deep understanding of Client's business model, research on Client’s industry, Ideal Customer Profile and Value Proposition
• Calls with Client every 1-2 weeks (feedback sessions, testimonials, product management - understanding of the Clients pains and problems to improve our product)
• Weekly reporting emails to the Clients, result-selling
• Consulting clients on growth in sales in marketing
• Customer Support
• Generate new ideas on process optimization and automation
• Constant learning in b2b sales and cold emailing

Ожидания от кандидата

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must

 • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, Project Management, Business Developer

 • 5+ years experience or deep knowledge in Sales and Marketing

 • We're looking for someone who's ready to own up to quality. Taking responsibility for maintaining high standards is a must in this role.

 • Your own laptop is a must.

 • Willingness to constant learning is a must

 • Enthusiasm and flexibility to influence and change processes

Would be good: knowledge of Notion, Close CRM, Monday, Lead Generation, Startup experience.
