RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic planning, coordination of go to market strategy development (sessions with sales, delivery and management).
- Global market analysis, benchmarking.
- Selection and implementation of Digital Marketing tools (CRM, website technology platform, end-to-end analytics, marketing automation, retargeting etc.) as a unified set of tools.
- Planning and optimizing of Digital Marketing process in accordance to go to market strategy.
- Planning and optimizing traditional marketing (associations / exhibitions / conferences / partnerships; support of offices in DACH region, Western Europe, USA).
- Improvement of marketing materials update process - the speed of content update, coordination with Sales and Delivery, the speed of launching new campaigns on different platforms.
- Sales support, analysis of the effectiveness of the sales channels with relevant control actions, recommendations and process changes; promotion of content across different digital channels, monitoring and increasing visits, conversions, working with google and other search platforms, advertising on them.

REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in marketing.
- Proven 5+ years of relevant experience on managerial position (not necessary in IT sphere, but preferably in international company).
- Outstanding knowledge of digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of running IT business.
- Excellent command in English language (B2 and upper). German will be a plus.
- Able and ready to work in multicultural environment.
