For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Organizing the work of the company's developers into a unified system - bringing together developers from multiple teams to standardize experiences, optimize processes, and develop unified working standards.

• Evaluating current projects and the company's legacy code.

• Developing new requirements for the company's developers to update the technical state of the products. Collaborating with product teams to enhance the development process.

• Forming and mentoring development teams for new products.

• Building the company's experience in developing proprietary products.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Has worked in positions such as Tech Lead, Development Team Manager, Development Director, CTO, etc.

• Has experience working with Unity and C++ engines.

• Has experience interacting with multiple development teams.

• Strong soft skills - ability to communicate effectively with leaders of other departments and find optimal solutions to team issues.
