We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a part of our dynamic tech team in the development and launch of Web3 products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects, ensuring top-notch security standards, and implementing efficient workflows within Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large tech teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Oversee development and deployment of Web3 products, specifically focusing on cross-chain messaging solutions, oracle data feeds, and liquid vaults.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of technologies.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and security in all project aspects.
• Meticulously document all tasks, maintaining clear and comprehensive project documentation.
• Implement and refine Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
• Manage the project lifecycle, from conception to release, including resource allocation, timeline estimation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders, including developers, designers, and external partners, to ensure alignment and project coherence.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Web3 and blockchain technology, and incorporate these insights into project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing tech teams of 8+ people and launching Web3 or Fintech or b2b SAAS products
• Solid background in software development, project management, and Agile methodologies
• Good knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralised applications (dApps)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
• Exceptional skills organising documentation and release process
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• English at C1 or higher
• Computer science or Applied informatics degree is a plus.
