Due to the rapid company growth we are looking for an User Acquisition Manager!
Setting up and launching ads campaigns to promote games;
Active work with ad networks, agencies, and external partners;
Research and formation of the target audience (search for the maximum target groups, segmentation, targeting);
Interaction with analysts, developers, and leads;
Participation in ideas and development of creatives.
At least 3 years experience with video networks - Applovin, Unity, Vungle, Chartboost, and others;
At least 2 years experience with SAN - FB, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and others;
Experience with partners and DSP (Moloco, Liftoff);
Understanding of network operation algorithms (requirements for additional optimizations discoveries, conditions);
Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other traffic sources;
Knowledge and understanding of the calculation of metrics (CAC: LTV, ROAS, ARPU, and others);
Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
