DevGAMM Game Conference is seeking a PR manager passionate about game development and the game industry in general, as well as communication and social media. This contributor role works in close partnership with the marketing team to establish the DevGAMM brand through public relations, communication with the media, bloggers, and the game development communities across various regions and platforms.
The ideal candidate is driven and self-motivated, a dedicated team player with relevant experience in PR. This is a full-time, remote position.
Develop and implement PR strategies for the DevGAMM conferences, including identifying target media, influencers, and social platforms.
Partner and collaborate with regional gamedev communities, game industry media, game bloggers and influencers to execute impactful PR campaigns that align with the company’s business goals.
Partner with the gamedev events across Europe and beyond for cross-promotional campaigns.
Work closely with PR agencies and local European gamedev associations to promote DevGAMM events.
Write press releases to boost engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop new creative approaches and solutions dedicated to boosting DevGAMM conference marketing campaigns.
Arrange and assist with organizing DevGAMM events in Europe.

Extensive knowledge of the video game industry and culture.
Understanding of key PR principles.
Understanding of popular social networking tools and trends.
Must be a team player and willing to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and organization.
Work Experience:
PR or Media experience (in the gamedev industry or similar).
Experience in compiling well-written PR releases.
Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or higher level).
Successful cases in building or implementing PR strategies.
Experience in social media or video editing will be an advantage.
Existing relations with gamedev media, bloggers, or influencers will be an advantage.
