We are looking for a Business developer to join our Mad Devs team.

Our expectations:

- Proven track record of success in selling IT solutions and services;
- Proven experience in selling outsourced development projects;
- Understanding of the outsourced development sales process;
- Experience in opening sales in new markets for the company will be a significant advantage;
- Ability to build long term partnerships and trusted relationships with customer decision makers;
- Results-oriented - closing deals and meeting targets;
- Understanding of the general specifics of B2B sales of IT solutions;
- English C1 level;
- Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

What will need to do:

- Forming sales funnel, working with incoming flow of applications, attracting new customers through cold prospecting;
- Building long-term interaction with the main decision makers of the client;
- Manage the pre-sale process
- Together with a team of experts to make presentations of products and services;
- Participate in various networking events;
- Identify needs of current and new customers;
- Participation in tenders.
