Our recent development of automated job board systems has paved the way for us to expand our services and create a new business unit focused on recruitment services for startups and established corporations, as well as provide strategic insights and innovative solutions to help navigate the Canadian business landscape. We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Head of Recruiting agency to lead this new venture from scratch and leverage our groundbreaking technology to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients.


JOB DESCRIPTION


As the Head of Recruiting agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and launching this new business unit. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our recruiting and consulting services operations, focusing on the Canadian market. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals and work closely with clients to provide tailored recruitment solutions, ensuring that their staffing needs are met through our automated job board.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the division's strategic plan, aligning it with the company's broader goal and objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients by understanding their individual recruitment needs and providing exceptional service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and explore growth opportunities by recruiting new clients and expanding services to existing clients.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters and consultants while cultivating a high-performance culture.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures in order to efficiently supply top-tier talent to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competition intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial performance, ensuring the division works within specified financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of service quality and client satisfaction by implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

OUR REQUIREMENTS


Education and training:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR or related fields are advantageous.

Work experience:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition, or providing related consulting services.
  • Knowledge of Canadian labor market trends and regulations is a plus.

Tools

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, PPT).
