SOFTNET is a product development company that provides software to iGaming domain (casino & betting products). Our team develops B2B solutions for igaming industry and currently we are looking for a lawyer (legal / compliance officer) to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation and legal approval of software agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements and the like;
• Advising on data protection and intellectual property matters;
• Assisting with obtaining iGaming licenses, keep on top of, and proactively review, current and new compliance requirements;
• Liaising with lawyers and gambling regulatory authorities in various jurisdictions, depending on the nature of the matter in the query;
• Advising on advertising and iGaming regulatory matters;
• Auditing and gap analysis of websites, internal processes and technical implementations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Act as a trusted advisor to the management team, offering legal insights and strategic recommendations to address complex business challenges. Provide practical, business oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders, enabling business initiatives while effectively managing legal risks;
• Conduct legal research on various topics and liaise with outsourced providers and/or associates in order to acquire relevant information.

Requirements:

•  3+ years experience;
• Lawyers and authorities you will communicate with will be outside CIS, so your spoken and written English should be good enough;
• Previous igaming industry experience will be considered as a high advantage.
