WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Prepare and publish vacancies on job boards and social media;
- Search for relevant candidates independently;
- Handle incoming applications;
- Conduct initial screening of CVs;
- Present candidates to hiring managers and organizing all phases of the interview process;
- Accurately populate our candidate database (Huntflow);
- Prepare a weekly funnel report.
WHICH BACKGROUND YOU HAVE?
- Solid work experience in a similar role for at least 1 year;
- Experience in the international recruitment market (Cyprus, Malta, Serbia, Poland, -Georgia will be a big plus);
- Experience of working at Huntflow;
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed.
- English level at least b2;
- Excellent level of Russian language;
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to candidates.
