WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Prepare and publish vacancies on job boards and social media;
• Search for relevant candidates independently;
• Handle incoming applications;
• Conduct initial screening of CVs;
• Present candidates to hiring managers and organizing all phases of the interview process;
• Accurately populate our candidate database (Huntflow);
• Prepare a weekly funnel report.

WHICH BACKGROUND YOU HAVE?

• Solid work experience in a similar role for at least 1 year;
• Experience in the international recruitment market (Cyprus, Malta, Serbia, Poland, -Georgia will be a big plus);
• Experience of working at Huntflow;
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed.
• English level at least b2;
• Excellent level of Russian language;
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to candidates.
