Requirements:

• Readiness for relocation to Cyprus (Limassol)

• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio or development setting, preferably in real-time production.

• Experience in the iGaming industry

• Know the ropes of standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and the hurdles of real-time development.

• Leadership experience in collaborating with artists, directors, and producers to identify time estimates, tasking, and tracking.

• Super organized, loves processes, and able to make decisions based on data and numbers.

• Pro at chatting with the team, understanding their needs, and tackling team challenges.

• Worked with outside studios and don't mind a bit of international travel.

• A language wizard in spoken and written English.

• Navigated the agile way of doing things.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Working with outsourced art studious to maintain briefing, scheduling, priorities, payments, and delivering 2D and 3D artwork for internal entertaining projects.
✔️ Keeping a close eye on design and art solutions from start to finish.
✔️ Joining forces with our internal art leads and product design teams to make sure the art we're churning out not only looks good but also does the job.
✔️ Implement and improve processes and pipelines to increase the output and quality over time.
✔️ Lead innovative projects that are not part of the standard brand development process.
