Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business needs.
Gather requirements and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Lead sprint planning and support development execution.
Ensure technical feasibility and optimal solutions.
Define and track product analytics for continuous improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role with Agile methodology expertise.
Strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and technical understanding.
CSPO or PSPO certification, LMS or e-learning experience, and knowledge of Product Analytics are a plus.
