For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Be the Hero: Provide top-notch support for our mobile apps and games on the App Store and Google Play;

  • Engage & Respond: Swiftly reply to user emails, comments, and requests, making everyone feel heard and valued;

  • Moderate & Manage: Keep the community thriving by handling user requests and providing creative, helpful solutions to complaints;

  • Content Creator Extraordinaire: Make engaging posts on our social media channels and keep the conversation going with our followers;

  • Analyze & Improve: Monitor user feedback trends and collaborate with developers, QA, and marketing teams to drive improvements.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Education & Skills: Higher education and advanced English proficiency;

  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to work with GPT chat;

  • Experience Matters: Previous experience in mobile apps/games or community management is a big plus!
