3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for managers.
Practical experience in team management.
Relevant higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, or philology).
Solid understanding of group dynamics and practical application of Kolb’s learning model.
English proficiency at B1+ level.
Knowledge of the latest L&D trends and experience working with LMS platforms.
Proficiency in languages: Russian, Ukrainian, and English at a level sufficient for conducting training sessions.
