Is proficient in digital recruitment tools.
Continuously develops – reads industry articles and books, discovers new hacks, and shares insights with the team.
Has English proficiency at B1-B2 level or higher.
Wants and can work remotely.
Can delegate and assign tasks to a Talent Sourcer.
