Organizing the team's work and internal processes;
Recruiting and training media buyers, team formation;
Increasing traffic and managing acquisition efficiency;
Traffic analysis and ROI optimization;
Searching for new traffic sources;
Developing new strategies to improve click-through rates and conversions;
Managing creatives: analyzing the effectiveness of different creatives;
Optimizing key metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, conversions);
Analyzing competitors’ activities and proposing strategic solutions;
Being responsible for the growth of key performance indicators and department profitability, planning strategic steps;
Participating in PnL formation and departmental budget planning.
At least 3 years of experience in the gambling vertical;
Experience managing large budgets ($30,000+);
Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.);
Understanding of key performance metrics used in media buying (CPA, ROI, CTR, conversions);
Solid economic knowledge (e.g., understanding how PnL is formed, experience in its development and optimization);
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
