For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Responsibilities:

  • Creating realistic 3D models of props and environmental elements.

  • Utilizing modular systems for level design.

  • Developing trim sheets and optimized UV unwraps.

  • Setting up materials with multiple UV channels.

  • Preparing assets for game engines (UE5, Unity), optimizing geometry and textures.

  • Texturing in Substance Painter / Designer following PBR workflow.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Blender / Maya / 3ds Max – strong skills in high/low-poly modeling.

  • ZBrush – for detailed prop sculpting (preferred).

  • Substance Painter / Designer – ability to create realistic materials.

  • Unreal Engine / Unity – understanding of game-ready assets.

  • Knowledge of modular asset creation and trim sheets.

  • Experience with multiple UV channels and material optimization.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with scan-based assets.

  • Familiarity with Houdini for procedural modeling.

  • Optimization skills for VR/AR environments.
