To enhance our team, we are seeking Sourcers dedicated to finding the best candidates. We are offering a unpaid internship program that has the potential to lead to a permanent position.

What you will do on the job:

• Execute the recruiting strategy designed by the Lead Recruiter and optimize as needed.

• Process incoming job candidate requests from job boards and the Syberry website.

• Manage the existing database of job candidates.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes within the Recruiting service.

What we expect from the candidate:

• 1+ years of experience working with people in any field,

• Completion of an IT recruitment or sourcing course,

• At least Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English,

• Genuine interest in recruiting and a desire to grow in this field.

Will be a plus:

• You speak Polish.

Q: How long does the internship last?

A: The internship is a two-week program. During this time, you will learn our recruiting processes, relevant sourcing approaches, writing search requests, and proper candidate evaluation.

A: Yes, the internship requires 6-8 hours from Monday to Friday.

Q: Who will train me?

A: Your training will be conducted by your future teammates – Syberry’s Sources and Recruiters.

Q: Is the internship online or offline?

A: The internship is conducted online.
