Retention Manager Full-time

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Plan action and mailing calendars.

  • Create and test customer segments, analyze and develop strategies for retaining/re-engaging users.

  • Launch promotions and bonus campaigns end-to-end.

  • Create technical briefs for marketing content (banners, emails, copywriting).

  • Send communications via SMS, email, web/mobile push, call-center, and in-app notifications.

  • Formulate analytics on campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Test and validate hypotheses for improving existing mechanics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, IT, analytics, customer support, design, risk, and marketing teams.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience with ESP/CRM/CDP systems (knowledge of Optimove is a plus).

  • Understanding of marketing mechanics in betting and iGaming.

  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau, proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

  • Ability to deeply analyze customer segmentation and identify growth opportunities.

  • Knowledge of key product metrics.

  • Experience with direct communication channels, understanding of standards and benchmarks.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field. If you have less experience but possess the required skills, we are still open to your application.

  • Upper Intermediate English level or higher (for communication with contractors, text review, and task assignment).

A plus:

  • Experience in betting and iGaming.

  • Knowledge of markets in India, Brazil, and Africa.

  • Experience working with Agile methodology.

  • Ability to create functional and informative reports in Excel.

  • Basic knowledge of statistics and probability theory.

  • A sense of style in design, ability to distinguish quality content from poor content and provide feedback for improvement.
