IGaming product is looking for a talented QA CRM Manager / QA Marketing manager to join the team.
Main Responsibilities:
Working in Retention Team;
Assist in implementing the overall brand strategy in various GEOs;
Analyzing the market and competitors;
Daily tasks: email checking and content in other communication channels to improve customer retention and increase engagement;
Monitoring of all sends, clicks and their conversions;
Monitoring and analysis of segments;
Onboarding of new employees;
Conducting Q&A sessions (meetings with each manager about their progress);
Optimisation of processes, creation of manuals and their transfer to the database;
Segment analysis;
Generate new ideas, develop and implement activities / initiatives to maximize positive impact on key business metrics;
Research customer base, conduct analysis of existing trends, drivers, barriers and patterns of customer behavior;
Future Team:
Retention Team;
Designer Team;
Content Team;
Development Team.
Experience in the gambling/betting niche in a similar position for 1 year or more;
Experience with Email newsletters;
Experience in working with additional communication channels (push, sms);
Experience with Customer.io CRM system;
Experience with user segmentation;
Understanding of basic mailing formats: promotional campaigns, trigger campaigns, chains;
Basic understanding of how logical operators work;
Basic knowledge of HTML;
Knowledge of general internet marketing trends;
High attention to details;
Responsibility and self-organization skills;
Good level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level.
