We are seeking a talented Monetization Manager with experience in designing and balancing game economies, offer segmentation, and player engagement strategies for Real Money Gaming (RMG) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of player behavior, and expertise in creating monetization systems that maximize revenue while maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming experience. This role plays a key part in shaping the economic structure and monetization strategies of our games.
Game Economy Design and Optimization:
Develop and manage in-game economic systems, including pricing models and progression systems.
Create and maintain a balanced economy to ensure fair gameplay and sustainable monetization.
Use data-driven methods to analyze and optimize the impact of economy changes on player behavior and revenue.
Offer Segmentation and Monetization Strategy:
Design targeted offers, promotions, and events based on player segmentation.
Continuously evaluate and refine the effectiveness of monetization strategies.
Develop innovative pricing and reward models to drive player engagement and spending.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
Analyze key metrics such as ARPU, ARPDAU, and LTV to monitor monetization performance.
Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of offers, events, and economic changes.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Partner with game designers, developers, and marketing teams to integrate monetization features seamlessly.
Work with analytics and data teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure alignment between monetization strategies and overall business goals.
Compliance and Industry Best Practices:
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements for real money gaming.
Implement monetization strategies that are ethical, transparent, and compliant with all relevant standards
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Game Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in monetization, game economy design, or analytics within the gaming industry.
Proven experience creating and managing in-game economies and segmented offers.
Familiarity with monetization systems specific to RMG or skill-based games.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
Deep understanding of player behavior, segmentation, and monetization strategies.
Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
