Development and maintenance of a large-scale mobile game on Unity
Participating in the creation of concepts and design of game mechanics in collaboration with the team
Implementing new game features and modules
Optimizing game performance for mobile platforms iOS and Android
Identifying and fixing bugs, ensuring product stability and quality
Participate in the planning and discussion of modules under development
Planning and discussing the architecture of developed modules
Collaborating with game designers and artists for effective idea implementation
Preparing and releasing updates on the App Store and Google Play
5+ years of experience in game development on Unity 3D
Successful experience working on casual games, preferably in the Merge or Match-3 genres
Practical experience releasing games on mobile platforms
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of C# and Unity.
Experience with UniTask, UniRx, DI containers (VContainer or Zenject), Newtonsoft JSON, Dotween.
Skills in code optimization and game performance enhancement.
Understanding of principles for building game application architecture.
Personal Qualities:
Ability to work effectively in a small startup team.
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
Initiative and proactive approach to work.
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in Russian and English at B2 level or higher
Desirable Skills:
Experience optimizing games for mobile platforms (CPU/GPU).
Skills in writing shaders for 2D VFX.
Experience working with the Addressable Assets System.
