Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 300+ of us spread over 4 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Game Designers, UI Designers, and Engineers to craft immersive and innovative user experiences for our AAA game.
Work with artists to create visually stunning, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces tailored for high-quality gaming experiences.
Design user flows that seamlessly introduce new features and mechanics into AAA games.
Conduct comprehensive user research and analyze detailed feedback to continually enhance and refine users' game experiences.
Develop detailed wireframes and mockups based on a powerful design system to effectively visualize and communicate complex design concepts.
Write and maintain UX documentation for a detailed description of tasks for the development department.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and tools in UI/UX design, integrating them innovatively into your workflows and interfaces to push the boundaries of gaming experiences.
Provides transfer and synchronization of control between consoles and PC.
Bring at least 4 years of experience as a UX (or UI/UX) designer for console / PC or mobile games and seek the next step in your career.
Understand the challenges and opportunities of designing for console / PC games.
Confidently work with Figma: components, variants, autolayouts.
Confidently work with Figjam, Miro and Atlassian’s tools: Jira, Confluence.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience in game design with a strong foundation in the industry.
Earnest, mature, and ego-free. You welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well.
Background as an analyst or in a related field, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven insights.
The love of football as a worldwide phenomenon, its features, rules and legends.
Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5.
