Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 300+ of us spread over 4 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.
As part of the Equipment Art Team, we create realistic concepts and 3D models for kits, boots, gloves, footballs, and emblems, while continuously improving the quality of our existing content. Our goal is to immerse players in the world of UFL football by providing them with a fully customizable and realistic equipment experience.
Responsibilities:
Create concepts for in-game content (2D concepts and texture creation directly on 3D base models).
Collaborate with the Art Director, Leads, and 3D Artists to bring final equipment models to life.
Proficient use of 2D software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
2+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in the gaming industry, particularly in a realistic setting.
Strong drawing and visualization skills.
In-depth knowledge of composition and color theory.
High-level proficiency in Substance Painter.
English proficiency for reading technical documentation.
Portfolio (ArtStation/Behance).
Nice to have:
Art education background.
Experience with 3D software (e.g., Blender, 3D Max, Maya).
Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
Experience with texturing (Substance Painter).
Passion for football and football equipment.
