We are seeking an experienced Lead 3D Environment Artist to guide our team in crafting stunning stylized sci-fi worlds. In this role, you’ll collaborate with artists, designers, and leads, driving the creation of immersive environments while setting the bar for quality and consistency.

Lead the development and execution of high-quality 3D environments with a stylized aesthetic, maintaining visual consistency and high standards across the project.
Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Level Art Lead, Level Design Lead, and 2D Artists to translate concepts into vibrant 3D worlds.
Oversee the full-stack asset delivery process, including:
High-poly and low-poly modeling
Retopology, UV mapping, baking, and texturing
Creation of collision meshes, mask work, and implementation in the game engine.
Develop, maintain, and optimize technical and artistic documentation, ensuring clear guidelines and best practices for team members.
Identify and implement improvements in pipelines and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline processes across the team.
Actively participate in team discussions, contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance the quality of the environments.
3+ years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing stylized 3D environments.
Proven experience working on sci-fi styled projects, with an ability to design and implement immersive, futuristic settings.
Expertise in creating assets from high-poly to low-poly, UV unwrapping, baking, and texture creation.
Proven experience with asset implementation within a game engine.
Ability to work with and optimize technical and art documentation for team use.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including Art Director and other department Leads.
A passion for stylized graphics and a deep understanding of creating environments that capture the essence of worlds like Overwatch.
