Identifying opportunities to automate and enhance business processes through ERP and AI solutions
Implementing optimizations based on data insights and intelligent predictions
AI Integration
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to define AI-driven features such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent workflows
Data Analysis:
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
Familiarity with querying tools (e.g., SQL)
Requirement Documentation:
Experience creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams
Tools:
Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence

ERP Knowledge:
Understanding of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ERP systems)
Hands-on experience with modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM
AI Knowledge:
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, their applications, and limitations
Knowledge of AI-powered functionalities such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or natural language processing within ERP contexts
